Cincinatti Hotel Owner Purchases Homestead House Hotel in Gatlinburg

Wildwood Inn owner, Tom Kelley, recently announced that his company has purchased the Homestead House Hotel in Gatlinburg and plans a major renovation.  The renovations of the Gatlinburg hotel are already underway and are expected to cost approximately $250,000 and include renovations to the hotel suites including the traditional style suites as well as some new “themed” suites.  Some of the new themes may include African, Venetian, Egyptian and “Dukes of Hazzard.”

Kelley stated in a news release that, “Cincinnati is the number one source of tourists for the area (Gatlinburg).” 

 The Homestead House Hotel in Gatlinburg is an 86-room, seven story hotel.  More on this story about the Gatlinburg hotel can be found here.
